PEI Active
PEI Active is a movement that encourages everyone to become more physically active! Become one of the people
who have found exciting ways to make physical activity an important part of their day. Getting more physically active can change your life. You'll have more energy, you will build stronger muscles and bones, you will reduce your risk of many chronic diseases, you will be more relaxed, and many other great benefits. This movement is intended to encourage Communities, Schools, and Workplaces to place a particular emphasis on providing its citizens, students, and employees with opportunities to be physically active.
The movement begins today, and it begins with you! Lead by example: If you're a parent, a teacher, a friend, an employer, or a health care provider – get active and others will follow. Encourage people to adopt a healthy lifestyle - a lifestyle that will help communities and young people to achieve their full potential.
